Tamaki: I can totally see Tamaki being some random rich kid who comes to the precinct, then NEVER LEAVES because he wants to learn about the commoner's police department.
Rue: I'm torn on Rue, because she could either fall into the category of "Hey I saw her in the newsapper" or "Ryo adopted her lololol". So uh. Yeah. XD
